You know that scale that’s sitting in your bathroom (or wherever it is)?
Get rid of it.
Right now. Literally like right now.
Put it somewhere where you can’t see it: the garage, in your basement with the other useless crap that’s been sitting around collecting dust, or anywhere that’s not easily accessible.
Better yet, just throw that shit out.
Here’s the thing. That scale is a liar. Its job is to constantly freak you out and discourage you.
Whenever you step on it, it spits out a number that doesn’t tell the whole story. It doesn’t know how much lean muscle you’ve put on, or how many inches you’ve lost around your waist, or how strong you have gotten. It doesn’t know that when you gained a few pounds of muscle, you also LOST a few pounds of fat.
It doesn’t know the hard work you’ve been through to get to where you are now.
And if you don’t want to throw the scale away, no problem. But I challenge you to put it away where you can’t see it for a few weeks and focus more on how your clothes fit, how you look in the mirror, and how much healthier you’re feeling.
Do that, and I guarantee that you’ll start to see results in your progress much faster (and clearer) than ever before.
