About 2 years ago, Ben Davis was a very heavy and depressed guy. One day, he started doing something about it instead of feeling miserable about himself. So he started running. He started out slow at first but he never gave up. Ben started with short 5k runs until he moved up to marathons. He’s even done Ironman Triathlons. Now, he’s about 120 pounds lighter and still going strong.
