For the next 365 days, I will attempt to manage this site where I’ll be posting entries on anything fitness related. In these entries I will be sharing with you all the things I know related to health and fitness that has helped me transform my body in the past few months. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or pack on some muscle, you’ll find it here. We might all have different goals as of right now, but we all have the same long-term goal: to transform our bodies for that desired physique.
I will be posting articles on fat loss, building muscle, nutrition, training, supplements, you name it. If it’s working for other people (and myself of course), you bet it will go up on this site. Keep your eyes open folks. 🙂
