If your looking to lose some weight, forget about fad supplements, weight loss procedures like liposuction and tummy tuck, or diets where you cut your carbs out completely.
Instead try this: cut out all caloric beverages from your diet.
Drinking your calories is more useful if you’re trying to gain weight because they’re easier to consume even if you don’t have an appetite. When trying to lose weight though, you want to consume calories as food and not drinks to satisfy your hunger. Cut out drinks such as sodas, juices, milk, and coffee from Starbucks. Or just keep them to a minimum (I would still cut out soda though). 😉
Just stick with water, black coffee, green tea, or no-calorie diet beverages instead. You’re not just money, but you’re also saving a ton of calories just from cutting back on the drinks that you usually consume. Drinking black coffee or green tea also boosts your metabolism which is a plus when it comes to fat loss.
So if you were thinking of getting yourself a board certified tummy tuck surgeon, don’t bother. Just spend less on drinks next time you go get groceries!
