This is what most people would call “dinner”. For me, it’s meal #5. A bowl of ground beef with mixed vegetables and brown rice. It’s got a good amount of complex carbs from the brown rice, protein from the beef, and some healthy fats from a tablespoon of olive oil. Looks good doesn’t it? Next time you get groceries grab some ground beef and mixed vegetables. Just cook the beef in the skillet, add some spices, then mix in the vegetables. You can probably get more than 3 meals out of it depending on the amount of ground beef you buy.
