Why do I see so many people working out their forearms nowadays? Every time I go to my gym, I always see someone working out their forearms. Don’t get me wrong I’m not trying to say that you shouldn’t work them out, but when someone still has a lot of weight to put on or weight to lose I don’t see any reason for them to be working doing isolation exercises on their forearms.
