Time for another supplement review. The last review I did was on Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard. This time, I’ll get into the pre-workout category and go over Muscle Pharm Assault which is the current pre-workout supplement that I am using. Usually I don’t really give much praise to pre-workout supplements because they’re not a necessity when it comes to transforming your body, but for those who need the energy boost at the gym, this review is for you.

Here’s a quick chicken breast recipe you guys can try that will literally take only 15 minutes to make. It’s packed with protein and carbs, depending on what you want to eat it with. On workout days, I like to eat it with brown rice which is a great source of complex carbohydrates. In this case though, we’re eating it with broccoli.
